Welcome to TradeCrews! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the TradeCrews platform and services, operated by TradeCrews LLC ("TradeCrews," "we," "us," or "our"), a company based in Virginia, United States.

By accessing or using our website, applications, or services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Platform.

1. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding agreements.

2. Account Registration

You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Platform Use

TradeCrews provides a platform for homeowners to connect with contractors for home improvement projects. We facilitate introductions and communication but are not a party to any agreements between users.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Platform. By submitting content, you grant TradeCrews a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Platform.

5. Payments

TradeCrews uses Stripe as its payment processor. All payment transactions are subject to Stripe's terms and conditions. If and when payment features are introduced, applicable fees and billing policies will be outlined clearly on the Platform.

6. No Liability for Contractor Work

TradeCrews is a facilitator, not a party to the agreement between homeowners and contractors. All work-related agreements, negotiations, and decisions are made outside of our Platform. We do not warrant or guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or performance of any work performed by contractors. Users agree that TradeCrews is not liable for any claims, damages, or disputes arising from contractor services.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Misrepresent your identity or qualifications
• Upload false, misleading, or harmful content
• Violate any laws or third-party rights
• Attempt to interfere with the operation of the Platform

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at our discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or harms our community.

9. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TRADECREWS DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRADECREWS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM OR SERVICES.

11. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Virginia, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on the Platform or sent to you by email. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
